About Us
Rollie n’ Pollie’s is a women-owned ice cream parlour created by sisters Kayley & Nicole Thomas — built on community, creativity, and a whole lot of flavour. After dreaming about this for years, 2025 felt like the perfect time to scoop that dream into reality — with the love and support of their family and their two dogs, the adorable mascots of Rollie n’ Pollie.
The name? It all started as a joke — we were talking about ice cream when Kayley said we were going to “become rollie pollie,” and we couldn’t stop laughing. That playful energy stuck, and we decided to make the boys the official faces of the parlour.
With retro charm, colourful flavours, and a vintage-themed mural going up soon, Rollie n’ Pollie’s is here to bring joy to our little town — one scoop at a time.
